Year 3 have had a very busy start to the new year, they started their new topic ‘What Makes the Earth Angry?’
They used a search engine to research their questions about the topic. They have studied Andy Warhol and created volcano pictures using bold colours, in the style of his Vesuvius: Different Colourways piece.
In Science they learned about igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks.
In English they have written and performed poetry in small groups, after using a thesaurus to improve their word choices!
