Thursday 24th October
Year 6 celebrated their learning of the WW2 topic during the day. They took part in role play, made gas mask boxes, wrote postcards and made bread pudding (some of the children did not enjoy soaking and squeezing the bread!)
In the afternoon they presented their work and amazing Anderson Shelters to parents and families in an exhibition and sang wartime songs.
It was a wonderful day! Thank you for coming along.
