Year 2 had a visit from the artist, Rebecca Clitheroe. She talked about her series of paintings called ‘Hidden Histories’ which are mainly based on Buxton.
In each of her pencil and pastel pieces she includes hidden drawings to do with the history of the subject.
She shared her work and how she became an artist. The children were inspired to do their own drawing of a building which they will finish next week.
