Year 2 were treated to a Northern Ballet Workshop, led by one of their dancers, Keisha.
This is part of the work the children are doing in order to get an ‘Arts Award’ Discover Award. To achieve this, the children have to take part in art activities, research artists, craftspeople and their work and share their arts discoveries.
They will each have an individual art log to record their work.
We have been looking at the story of ‘Puss In Boots’. You will see from the photos - some ‘purrfect’ cat dancing!
