Year 2 read a story in the Katie Morag series to do with the building of a new pier. This meant an influx of visitors to the island.
The children designed and made a building that would be suitable for islanders and visitors alike. There is a range of buildings. Some to do with eating, relaxing or shopping. Some were more specialised enterprises.
