Changes to after school sports clubs for this term (from 12.1.24)
Please note that for the rest of this half-term and going forward, Thursday will revert to being Multi-Sports for children in Reception, Key Stage 1 and 2 and not Y3/4 football. Apologies for the change in days, but we have had to make this decision due to very low numbers at Y3/Y4 football on a Thursday and multi-sports on a Monday.
After February half-term, Wednesday will go back to being football with Danny for Years 3,4,5 and 6. We have needed to make the changes over the winter months as it isn't suitable to have all 4 year groups in the hall, but as the weather will be getting better next term we should be able to be outside every week.

If you need to contact After School Provision with an urgent message after 4pm, for example if you need to let them know you will be late, then you can call the following mobile number: 07480412554. Please note that this number is NOT for making or changing bookings, please contact school as normal on 01298 23261 up to 4pm for any requests or messages.
A reminder of what is on offer at after school is outlined below, along with details of how to pay. Any queries please don't hesitate to contact school.
After School Provision from 3.30pm to 5pm will be provided by school, please log into School Money and book on for the days you wish your child to attend. You will be given the option of booking 3.30pm to 4.30pm at a cost of £6 or 3.30pm to 5pm at a cost of £10.
The option to book or unbook a slot will be active up to midnight the night before. If you wish to book your child into after school provision on the day, then please contact school and we will make the booking for you. Children aged 3 years upwards can use after school provision, provided that they are not in nappies.
If your child would like to join in with an activity from 3.30pm to 4.30pm then different activities will be offered on different days:
On a Monday - children can join in with a Craft session with Mrs Featherstone - this is open to all children from aged 3years upwards.
On a Tuesday - children in Key Stage 1 (years 1 & 2) can do Football with Danny
On a Wednesday - children in Years 5 and 6 can do Football with Danny
On a Thursday - children in Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 can do Multi Sports with Danny
On a Friday - children can join in a Craft session with Mrs Featherstone - this is open to all children from aged 3years upwards.
Payment for after school provision - payment will be due the week of the booking, there are several payment methods, these include:
* via School Money
* you can use your child's Tax Free ChildCare account if you have one. if you wish to pay by this method, please send an email to info@harpurhill.derbyshire.sch.uk once you have made the payment from your Childcare account, stating the child's name, amount paid and what this payment covers.
* Please contact school if you would like to pay by any other method, for example Childcare vouchers.
* Children in Nursery who have a 30 hour code, can use any spare hours to pay for after school provision. Please come into school and change your FE1 form if you wish to do this.
After School Provision from 5pm to 6pm will be provided by Playdays, so please book directly with Playdays via enquiries@greenlanenurseryltd.co.uk or via the following QR code Children will be collected by minibus from school at 5pm and taken to the Playdays after school club at Buxton Infant School for collection. Playdays will charge £6.50 for this provision.
Breakfast Club from 7.30am to 9am will continue to be run at school, by Playdays, so please book directly with Playdays via enquiries@greenlanenurseryltd.co.uk.
