On Friday 20^th March, we said goodbye to the majority of our wonderful children for the foreseeable future.  Whilst it was a difficult thing to do, it was and is to protect our community from the Coronavirus.

The staff made sure the children had an enjoyable day in school. One young man had a birthday to remember singing happy birthday twice with his class, teacher and headteacher, whilst washing hands!

Thank you to parents/carers, families, governors, staff and all of you who are friends and supporters of our school. Thank you for the words of kindness and support at this difficult time.

We will continue to use our school Facebook page (Harpur Hill Primary School & Nursery) to share the ‘good stuff’. Please tell all the grandparents and wider friends to follow this page as we want it to use it to make you smile. We will continue to communicate with families via email etc. during the closure.

Please take care of one another, keep washing your hands and we look forward to seeing you all when things are back to normal.
