The children in Y2 have finished their collaborative work on ‘The Hackney Martian’ by Paul Brown. Max, the Martian gets stranded on Earth and Sam helps him get a diamond to power his spacecraft back to his planet.
They try to get one from the Tower of London but there are various obstacles in the way. Do they manage to get the diamond? Does Max get back to Mars?
The Y2 children had the answers! It’s a delightful tale of friendship and working together.
